  • I am wondering what would happen to an Akumatized if they actually managed to get the Miraculouses and hand them over to Hawkmoth?
I think it would be highly likely he'd return them to normal, because he didn't need their help anymore.
Basically, the supervillians he creates are disposable, once his goal is achieved, why would he need their help at all?

Also, it's highly likely that once he got the Miraculouses he wants, he'd just give up the Moth Miraculous completely, which would make Nooroo dormant and return the Akumatized to normal as a side effect.

The impression I get is that the Moth Miraculous is also a means to an end, he's using it not because he wants/likes it, but because it's the only one he has.

    • Once Hawk Moth gets the Miraculouses, I doubt he'll keep his akumatized villain around, somehow transforming them back. If the villain could keep existing, would he let them, though? I don't mean that as he would, but would it matter to him?

Hawk Moth's motivations are hard to pinpoint, as it seems to come down to taking over the world and/or doing something related to Mrs. Agreste, but if his goal for the Miraculouses are only meant for Mrs. Agreste's revival/return/etc., he may not want anymore villains in existence and discard the Moth Miraculous. This would be if he is more of an anti-villain, willing to use villainous means to get what he wants but for only for what he believes to be a good cause and only until the cause is achieved. If he is further on the evil scale and the akumatized could exist without the Moth Miraculous being active, he may leave the villain around, not caring about creating more chaos.

Going into spoiler territory, in what spot will Hawk Moth be in by the time Le Paon comes around and takes over? If Le Paon is Mrs. Agreste, would that mean he succeeded in getting the Mriaculouses and brought her back? Or if not, will his desires for the Miraculouses line up with Le Paon's desires? I'm interested to see how these two will work together, but if it's after Hawk Moth already got the Miraculouses and got back what he wanted, I wonder if he won't care about making more supervillains or will actually feel guilty on the matter.

    • Given the information shown so far, Hawkmoth has only one goal: he wants power.
Specifically, he wants the power that will result from using the Ladybug and Cat Noir Miraculouses at the same time.

In his own twisted mind, he probably sees himself as making the world a better place and if he achieves his goal, he'll be able to remake the planet as he sees fit.
He even says to Ladybug and Cat Noir that they are responsible for all the destruction he is causing, because they fight back.

But unless he can wear three Miraculouses at once, he'll have to remove the Moth Miraculous, which will count as a conscious decision to give up the power and revert whatever supervillian who exists at that time, because his Akuma related powers stop functioning.

My theory is the only the earrings and the ring can be used together, because they're designed to work that way.
It wouldn't be possible to merge the Bee haircomb with the Moth brooch for example.
Or any other combination that can be made.

As regarding his status when Le Paon arrives, I think it will go something like this:
At first, they'll be equal partners.
But slowly, he'll be pushed into a supporting role and eventually end up as nothing more then her assistant.
Basically, she'll be giving all the orders and all he'll be able to do is resent his loss of dominance/authority while obeying.
A fair reward for someone who craves power, to become someone's servant.

Truthfully, I don't think Hawkmoth cares about anyone, but he does appear to have compassion sometimes.
For example, he sounds really angry about Juleka, that's he taking her misery personally for some reason.
Maybe he is the person who everyone ignores, so he takes her predicament personally.
Another reason to seek power, so that nobody can ignore his greatness?

And then Hawkmoth will have another reason to get that absolute power he wants so badly: so he can overthrow Le Paon and have absolute control.
