It seems like there is some direct contradictions about ages now. We have secondary sources from the creators on twitter talking about going from 13 to 15 years of age, but we now have a direct statement in the show itself that Emilie Agreste has been missing exactly one year from the Episode Felix.
I'm not really seeing the characters as having aged up 2+ years either, so I'm thinking that we've just had an incredibly busy 1 year in canon (with 24 Mister Pigeon attacks alone).
