Micazoyolin was muscular, and he had long black hair. Over his upper face, he had red face paint with a black bottom underline and three black dots on each cheek below. Red paint was also on his lower arms, and his body and upper arms were painted with black spots. He wore a headdress with a golden headband that had engraved details, red feathers that had black spots, green leaves, and ladybug stones/jewels on the band over each ear. His cape was dark red with black spots with golden edges. Underneath, there was a black garment that included a thin yellow stripe, a thin red stripe, and small green leaves on the edges. He also wore a thin golden armband on each upper arm, a thick golden wristband on each wrist, and a red skirt-like loincloth, which he wrapped and tied the yo-yo over.
If this past Ladybug Miraculous holder had the same powers are the current Ladybug (Marinette), he had enhanced abilities and the superpowers Lucky Charm and Miraculous Ladybug. He also had the yo-yo for a weapon.
- Feri González revealed the character as her seventh Inktober drawing, noting that he was created by Thomas Astruc.
- Micazoyolin's name comes from the Nahuatl word for "ladybug."
- Micazoyolin is the currently only known male Ladybug Miraculous holder.
- Micazoyolin might have a connection to Mistontli, as they are both Aztec warriors and the only members of their genders who are the holder of their Miraculous.
