So, I came here to talk with about the french wikia. It's still tiny but these last days, there are some new faces with us and me and Leixya are thinking about makes some changes.
If you agree, we would like you to make bureaucrate for the french wikia and let us to the rest. If you're not, I'll come back to you after I've talk with one of our members about what we were thinking for him.
Thank you for adding images of new villains! All of them look fantastic! Because I'm a creature of much curiosity, where did this come from? I believe them to be true, but I'm shocked that there were released.
That's good evidence, Mari. Thank you for undoing D SanCd's edit. I usually look the websites in case for name changes and when I looked at the Disney Channel Spain website, I noticed that Spain changed the name of the Castilian version to Miraculous. They did the same for Latin America. However, Catalonia still has Prodigiosa as it's name.
I am still unconvinced. Full disclosure, I am not from Spain, nor do I live in Spain, however I have contacted @ladybugspain on Twitter and they have informed me that they have not seen this change. I find it hard to believe that they would change the title now, given that they've already used it for a variety of different merchandise products and because all they are even airing right now is reruns of season 1. That video could've easily been edited from the Latin American version, which did changed from "Prodigiosa" to "Miraculous" mid-way through season 1.
You have a point. However, I can ensure you that the name has definitely been changed. I just went on the Disney Channel Spain app and I viewed a few episodes. Some episodes are even available on the Disney Channel Spain website, this one for example. According to the intro, it now has "Miraculous" written, not "Prodigiosa".
Also, if you look here, the banner shows Miraculous: Las aventuras de Ladybug.
The show looks like it has 3 names for the Castilian Spanish dub. If you look at the TV Guide, it's simply written as Las aventuras de Ladybug, no prodgiosa or Miraculous. But, when you watch the webisodes on the Disney Channel website, it shows 'Prodgiosa: Las aventuras de Ladybug but the banner and some of the episodes have Miraculous: Las aventuras de Ladybug written on the Disney Channel website. Las aventuras de ladybug is found on the Disney Channel Spain YouTube channel too. I watched a few episodes too on the Disney Channel Spain website: Some have Prodigiosa written on the intro but other episodes have Miraculous 'written on the intro. but others have Miraculous written. Maybe Disney Channel Spain did this?. So my conclusion , the show has 3 names. Mari has shown her proof for the name change, (it actually has more than one name) what about you?
Peliz is indeed correct. Judging by the Disney Channel website and Disney Channel YouTube channel, the show looks like it has multiple names in Spain. Also, I took 2 screenshots of the theme song from 2 episodes that were previously on the Disney Channel Spain website.
Here's a screenshot of the intro I took from "Stormy Weather" which has Prodigiosa written.
However, I also took a screenshot of the intro from "Stoneheart" and it has Miraculous written, instead.
As you can see it has 2 names according to 2 different episodes. I don't want to engage in an edit war but my previous edit is justified and official evidence has been shown to you. Is it alright if I re-did the edit?
I don't know whether this your intention or not, but it appears as if you're disregarding these messages and not heeding this. I personally find this impolite and impertinent, especially since this matter is not yet solved. Both Peliz and I provided several sources and official evidence of the name changes of the show. On top of that, I also provided screenshots for both versions of the theme song as evidence. Your edit will now be reverted.
