I'm sorry we're not getting along right now, but while it doesn't excuse me of any of my own mistakes, I'm tired of feeling like you're accusatory towards me and anything I do that relates to you.
I've told you before to not get involved in situations that don't relate to you, yet you do, or if I tell you something that should be considered more private, you tell the discussed people about it. You accuse me of being rude or biased, and while I won't deny I've had guilty moments, I also don't think you accusing others or being easily offended by others helps your cause either. You're not a staff member here, and you don't need to be a backseat modder by patrolling around like one in many situations. I am frustrated by these things because I don't want to be frustrated with anything, but them building up over time makes me very stressed about the people involved and what I'm doing wrong. This is one part (of many parts) of why I originally intended to get a break because I was stressed by these kind of interactions, and I'll already feeling like another break again now with this dilemma.
I have no doubt that you mean well on the wiki, as you're a hard worker and a very helpful editor. I don't know what I've done to offend you, and I'm sorry. I am flawed, and I wish I was a perfect, benevolent administrator. However, I'm hurt by how much you seem upset at me and treat me as a villain on an off. I am an admin, so for better or worse, I'm going to need to be strict and "rude" sometimes. You act is if a lot of what I do is faulty, and I can't change that. Unless we get on a better foot, I can't pretend like I handle this pressure well. I want to be fair, but at the same time I hope to be better to you, I won't keep taking these actions towards me much longer.
I aplogize then. Even though you are biased, I shouldn't have called you that. It was so rude of me. I don't deserve to be an editor here. I wish I could get along with everyone here but sometimes, I can struggle with that. Feel free to block me for infinite because I deserve that and I'm sure this will make you feel so much better. I can live with it. I aplogize. :(
We all struggle with relationships, but we improve it. The best you can do is learn and keep improving. I'm not saying relationships are easy by any means, but I am a strong believer that people can improve, no matter how many times they trip.
I'm not going to ban you indefinitely on this stuff, but if issues like this pop up again, I may ban you temporarily. I don't want to in these situations, but I've warned you what I'm upset about and don't want to keep seeing anymore. We have to move on and learn for the sake of each other, other editors, and the wiki as a whole.
It's fine. By the way, another editor on the wiki (I won't say their name yet) asked them the same question on Discord and the person replied with yes. I will show you a screenshot if you want. Also, did you contact them privately using Twitter or Tumblr?
If another editor from here asked if they could post the episode information and the person agreed, we can count that. To be safe, though, another screenshot would be good (if it's too late to retrieve it or it's far back in the chat, don't worry about it).
I messaged the person via Tumblr, as I can't with Twitter. No response yet.
They or neither did I ask if we can post the information here or not. But I'll ask the other wiki editor to ask the person if we could or not. If they reply and yes, I'll let you know and I'll provide a screenshot, but if they say no, I'll let you know that too.
The other wiki editor contacted them and the person informed us to let the admins know to avoid spreading information at least for now. It is private information they gave and Thomas might announce it himself, some point in the future.
Hi! While I appreciate you undoing an edit based on previous information in the case of the gallery comments, but next time, if someone starts an edit war by reverting them back, the best plan of action is to message them about why you originally undid your edit instead of continuing the editing war. You weren't the person who started it, but it's better to message the person directly to explain our reasoning instead of undoing their edit again and using the summary to source. Staff members will also come in and help if we see any assistance is needed to resolve the issue. Editing wars can lead to bans for those involved, so be careful in how you deal with it when it happens, as it's best to avoid editing wars, no matter who began it.
Also, while this is nothing you or anyone knew about, and you were in the right on the matter from what you knew, I have been preserving the comments on a talk page or somewhere else and leaving the episode galleries without them, as over time, I've come to consider them against the editing policies we have yet I want to keep them around too. Hopefully, something will be figured out, and once so the comments will be moved to another viewable area, but this will be a reference to you and anyone who is curious on the matter.
We'll figure it out somehow. Robyn, Sophie, and other experienced editors may have some ideas. Somehow, we'll preserve the comments with their images in another gallery place, as I don't want to remove them entirely.
Currently, we're trying to phase the captions out soon, so for now, I wouldn't recommend it until we figure out a new system. But later, once we figure out something, hopefully we can make it easy for those who would like to add comments.
Casey it was a joke, usually when people say that it means stuff like "case closed" and tbf it did really look like a debate to me. But if it'll make you feel better I'll apologize. Sorry for offending you.
I can explain further if you want. But it's late, so goodnight for ya.
Hey, so the reason why I delete the "Ladybug AB Ladybug Cat Yin Yang.jpg" image is because it is LQ. D SanCd have upload a high quality version of the image a few hours ago and I have to delete every LQ concept arts from the official artbook gallery as possible once the HQ versions comes out almost every Tuesdays.
And also thank you for fixing the error I have made for "Ladybug Yo-Yo Slide Concept.png" in Marinette's official artworks gallery. I have only a limit time for using the computer in the morning beacuse of school so thank you for your help. :)
For swearing on the chat, particularly at another user, and intentionally waiting to do so after I left the chat, even though I know you didn't necessarily start it, you are banned from chat for a day. This ban could be a lot longer, but please learn from this, or if this kind of situation or rule breaking happens again, the chat ban will be longer.
