Have they ever said where Hawkmoth's secret hideout is?
Or offered any hints as to it's location?
I assume it has to have a fairly distinct external feature visible, the window he always opens to let his Akumas out.
And it's probably on the highest level of whatever building it is.
I am wondering what the rest of the building looks like though, as we only see the Akuma room.
I assume he needs a kitchen, amenities, a bed, etc, because he would have to live a normal life sometime.
I just accept it as the butterflies teleporting to wherever Hawkmoth needs them to go.
And I suspect that it's some kind of shrine, though not one based on any real-life location. Perhaps he found it in his studies of the Miraculous and ultimately located the Butterfly inside it.
I don't think they teleport.
While we don't see the journey in full, it looks like the Akumas have to physically travel to their intended victim and when "de-evilized" by Ladybug, they then have to make the return journey back to whereever the hideout is.
The only exception so far is when the Akumas multiplied in Origins, with one Akuma duplicating itself into an army of them.
This was done twice, to build Stoneheart's lackeys and to make the big scary face for Hawkmoth to make his grand villainous announcement to Paris.
I do agree with the MeliZbeauty video on location, the view and the window fit so well. Fingers crossed the heroes do find his hideout, while fighting the akumas they can win all the battles but if they don't find the hideout they can never win the war.
Even if it's not true, the idea of Hawk Moth's hideout being the Eiffle tower is hilarious, considering the events of The Mime. I can only imagine his expression when he realizes that his minion just destroyed his lair.

Well, it was in the promo video, so I could see it as a possibility.
But how would Hawkmoth hide it? Or get in and out of it if it's always flying? I at least hope the Butterfly offers teleportation among its powers for the sake of how he gets around with nobody noticing him.
It may be part of Gabriel Agreste's studio, regardless of if Hawk Moth is Gabriel or not, since the show likes to hint heavily that Gabriel is Hawk Moth. We know it can't be in the Agreste Mansion, because the placement of the Eiffel Tower does not match up. However, "Volpina" implies Hawk Moth may have teleportation powers, but the room is definitely not in the Agreste Manor.
The room itself is obviously rounded, but the window is not always visible. Thus, any roundish, domed building with a visible window is probably out. Because there's power to open the camera shutter window, we know that the building is not abandoned, but we know the room is in disuse because aside from the akumas, the room has nothing in it. The room also appears to not actually be perfectly round, either. In the shots facing Hawk Moth, the room seems to be longer than it is wide, although that may be the lighting. If it is that the room is ovoid in shape, then that narrows things down. Instead of being perfectly circular, the room is actually long, which means the room under it is also ovoid. We can also see that whatever room is below it has a staircase that leads up to it in the room itself, because there's what appears to be a trapdoor behind Hawk Moth and no sign of a door on any of the wall we've seen. However, I want to talk about the fact that we can possibly roughly gage which Arrondissment the building is in. When the akuma is flying away, and you see the Eiffel Tower, it looks like you're looking at the back of the tower, away from the Champ de Mars, and you can, I think see the buildings that are behind the tower (I truly do not know the names of the buildings, but they're right on the bank of the Seine, behind the tower. I assume they're a musem of some sort?). If this is true, then that means the lair is on the RIGHT side of the Seine, and puts it probably in either the 8th or, more likely, the 16th Arrondissement. You can also see two rows of buildings that are weirdly spaced compared to the others in sight. The two rows are far apart, and are both rather straight-looking compared to the buildings closer to Hawk Moth's lair. That means there's a wide road there. It looks to be located in either a residential area, based on the antennae, but that straight, wide road we can see in the distance might possibly be somewhere to the south of the Champs-Élysées, maybe near Avenue Montaigne, which going back to my earlier point, is a fashion district. However, I do not think you can get this view of the Tower from the 8th district. So, this means it's most likely somewhere in the 16th. I can't find buildings that match the black-domed ones you see in the picture, though, at either location. I'm more inclined to say it's in the 16th, though, based on the placement of the Tower. It's probably somewhere around or in the Place de l'Étoile, I would guess? But I stared at so many maps and pictures and things I'm genuinely not sure anymore.
So, there's my two cents after squinting at maps and places for three hours.
The Second Season gave some hint's that the lair location is, ate least, connected with the underground of his mansion (the cave where he stored the capsule with his wife is very immense).
