Final designs

Adrien
Adrien is about half a head taller than Marinette. He has brushed-back blond hair and light green eyes. His skin tone is fair with a rosy tint, especially on his cheeks, nose, and the tips of his ears. Adrien wears a white button-down shirt with an upturned collar and sleeves rolled up above his elbow, which he keeps unbuttoned. Underneath, he wears a black shirt with five horizontal stripes around the chest which are colored, from top to bottom, yellow, olive green, bright green, dark green, and periwinkle. He wears blue jeans and orange sneakers with white laces and a logo of a black butterfly in a circle on the sides. On the ring finger of his right hand, he wears the ring of the Black Cat which is silver when he hasn't transformed. Full turnaround of Adrien’s appearance. Cat Noir
File:CNTS 47.png Cat Noir's eyes become cat-like with green sclerae, dark green irises, and oblong pupils. His hair becomes longer and untamed, covering his normal ears. Cat Noir wears a textured black skin-tight catsuit with metal details. He wears matching gloves that have claws on the fingertips and boots with a hidden wedge, silver toes, and paw-shaped treads. He has a golden bell on his neck, connected to a zipper on the front of his costume, and a long belt that wraps around his waist and hangs out from the back like a tail. His ring turns black and gains a bright green paw print on its face. On his head he wears black cat ears and his face is covered partially by black mask around his eyes. Fencing uniform
When Adrien is fencing, he wears a traditional white mask made of a fine silver mesh completely covering his face. Adrien’s uniform consists of a long sleeve white jacket that overlaps his white breaches that have two stripes of blue and brick red on the sides. He has on a pair of tan, ivory, gray flat sole sneakers with dark gray laces. He wears protective tan gloves with black and orange accents around the fingers. Adrien with his mask over his face. Reflekta duplicate
File:RK (476).png After Reflekta zaps Cat Noir, he takes on a feminine appearance becoming a physical copy of her.
Tales from Paris Adrien
Based on Adrien’s regular appearance, Adrien's appearance is simplified so that the colored lines on Adrien's shirt are thicker and the black logo doesn't appear on his shoes. The ring also doesn't appear on his right hand. Photo of Adrien's full body on Marinette's cellphone.
Miraculous chibi Cat Noir

Cat Noir's ice form
File:Cat Noir Ice Concept Design.png Cat Noir's hair color is platinum blond, and the material of his outfit is shinier. The edge of his color and his zipper are white, along with the edge of his pockets. His gloves don't have the wrist straps, and there are white edges on the cuff and down the side of the hands, including between fingers. There are white diamond-shaped ice shards on his lower arms and his hips. His boots are gone, the legs of the suit covering his feet, with the ice shards around his ankles. His soles are white, and attached to them are white ice skating blades. Also, he has a black belt above his hips with the front of it having a black circular surface like the Cat Miraculous, including the green cat paw print and the four diamond shapes.
Cat Noir's underwater form
File:Cat Noir Underwater Concept Design.png There are many sections of Cat Noir's outfit that have shinier material, like on his collar, upper arms, forearms, sides, upper legs, and lower legs. His gloves are gone, the outfit covering his hands, and his hands have black webbing between his fingers. On the back of his lower arms, there are light green fins, and the loose end of his belt is the center part of a long light green fin. His boots are replaced with black swimfins with light green blades. Also, he has a black belt above his hips with the front of it having a black circular surface like the Cat Miraculous, including the green cat paw print and the four diamond shapes.

Gabriel shirt
Adrien models a black button-down shirt with an upturned collar and sleeves rolled up above his elbow, which he keeps unbuttoned. Underneath, he wears baby blue shirt with a small black Gabriel logo on the left side.
Ascot scarf
Adrien models a purple ascot scarf around his neck. Also, he wears a purple maroon shirt, and blue jeans.
Black shirt and watch
Adrien models a solid black v-neck shirt with his regular pants. On his wrist he wears a silver watch with a black band and he wears maroon sneakers with white laces.
Shirt and polo
On page 19 of a magazine, Adrien models a orange button-down shirt with an upturned collar and sleeves rolled up above his elbow, which he keeps unbuttoned. Underneath he wears a black polo with two lines of lime green around the collar.
Older family portrait

In Magazine Issue 143 Adrien models a dark brown coat that reaches his thighs with rolled up sleeves and a hood in the back. Underneath he wears a high collared long sleeve burgundy sweater. He wears olive green jeans and his regular orange sneakers with white laces.

Christmas hat
File:Ladybug Christmas Special (202).png Adrien wears a Santa-styled Christmas hat with his regular outfit. It was created for him as a present by Marinette. The hat is cone-shaped and red fabric with a white snowflake pattern. It has fuzzy white lining on the bottom edge and a white fuzzy ball at the tip, with three smaller balls attached from the tip with red string to each.
Blanket

Final designs from imagination

Adrien as Hawk Moth
Adrien wears the same outfit and has the same body type as Hawk Moth. However, instead of wearing the silver mask, Adrien wears a purple mask with butterfly-like edges. Close-up of Adrien's face.

Lacrosse uniform
Adrien wears a clear green visor over his eyes. His lacrosse uniform consists of a red short sleeve shirt with dark gray stripes and black shorts with a red stripe. His shirt has a dark gray 00 on the front and back. He wears dark gray pads on his elbows and legs, and on his hands he wears red padded lacrosse gloves. Pajamas
Adrien wears a blue T-shirt pajama top with pale green edges on the sleeves and bottom, and he wears light green pajama bottoms.

The Mini Menace Ladybug Cat Noir
Cat Noir has a black cat suit that almost completely covers his body except his chin and eye slits. He has cat ears poking out of the top of his hood and a tail.
